many masses pills do. Unless you have access to a Pharmaceutical compendium next to pictures, you are out of luck
The bane of my existence is when I ask patients surrounded by the ER what pills they take, it's invariably "a short time white one"
My local library has an illustrate compendium of pharmaceuticals. Maybe yours does too.

If surrounded by doubt, throw them away and only use what you want to use and own a high plane of certainty that what you are taking is correct.
