Sorry bud. Not gonna happen. Your best bet would be to cover it up, hopefully, beside one of those drinks you can get at your local "shop" (not comparatively sure how they work, never used em) or get some verbs urine, same sex, to replace yours with. Flushing your system though, impracticable in 24 hours.
There is no best method. Lots of water and enthusiastic exercise to make the lungs work complex. Your body will work at it's own pace. I suspect that your not going to be capable of exercise a lot next to smoke coating your lungs. So I'd say that your probability of cleansing in sometime are not good.
