What snack will serve when i'm sensation stressed?

i'm SO NERVOUS when i do presentation in front of the class!
i find chocolate help a bitWhat snack will serve when i'm sensation stressed?
not exactly a snack but hot green tea helps, possibly some sugar but granola, i like granola bar with choc chips
pretzels
Some brazil nuts
apple liquid and deep breathing
Chocolate, desperate choice
If you were not panicky ,, you would not be human.
Give your presentations from the heart, then nurture off the audiences enthusiasm, previously ya know it your having a flawless time too.
Chocolate contains Theobromine, which attaches itself to the same neurotransmitters within the brain as Cannabis (!)
Probably the best thing to do, instead of snacking, would be to do some breathing or visualisation excercises. They don't contain any calories.
If you can formerly class. take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar. Will impart you a boost of energy so you will not perceive so nervous. Aids digestion, cure acne, stop bitter reflux.
In you spare time write everyday: I am full of oconfidence. I can stand in front of millions of inhabitants and they listen to my every word. You get the model. Do this at least 25 x time. Think the future. Do not expect of what you consider failure surrounded by your speaking.
Try twinkies and chocolate!
